2 Description of Service

Pipeboard is a productivity tool that integrates with Pipedrive CRM to provide task management, pipeline visualization, and activity tracking features through Google Sheets and a web dashboard. The Service requires you to connect your Pipedrive account via OAuth.

3 Account Requirements

To use Pipeboard, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Have a valid Pipedrive account with appropriate permissions
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4 Subscription and Payments

Pipeboard offers free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features at no cost
• Pro Plan: Full features for individual users ($9.99/month)
• Team Plan: Full features for teams up to 5 users ($24.99/month)

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 14-day period or for subscription renewals.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate Pipedrive's or Google's terms of service

Pipeboard and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pipeboard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Pipedrive and Google. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
